About these terms
These terms are between you and the operator of xcodesiptvs4k.com (“we”, “us”). XCodes IPTV 4K (xcodesiptvs4k.com) is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any other website or app that uses a similar name, or by any TV network, app developer or device maker mentioned here. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Orders and prices
The price, plan length, number of connections and renewal terms are confirmed to you before payment. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and send your login details. Your local consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Permitted use
Your plan is for personal, non-commercial viewing in a private household. You must not:
- share, resell or publicly display your login or the streams;
- use more simultaneous connections than your plan includes;
- record, redistribute or rebroadcast content where that is not permitted by law;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls or geographic restrictions.
Your login
Keep your login details private. We may suspend a login that is being shared or used in breach of these terms, after telling you why where reasonably possible.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access: maintenance, network conditions, your device and your internet connection all affect playback. The content line-up may change over time. Guides on this site describe third-party apps and devices that can change without notice.
Third-party apps and devices
Player apps, devices and app stores are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and any fees they charge are separate from your plan.
Refunds and cancellation

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
Governing law
If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
