Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator of xcodesiptvs4k.com (see the About page). You can contact us about privacy through the contact page.

Data we process

Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse.

Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or a messaging app, we process your contact details and the content of your message to answer you.

Orders. If you buy a plan, we process your contact details, the plan you bought and payment confirmation details. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect and, where required, we will ask for your consent.

Legal bases (UK and EU GDPR)

  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Support messages and orders: taking steps at your request and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Accounting records: legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a short period by our host for security purposes. Support messages are kept while your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with service providers needed to run the site and the service (hosting, email, messaging and payment providers), or where the law requires it. Some providers are located outside the UK or EEA; where they are, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; and receive your data in a portable format. You can also complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in Germany, the data protection authority of your federal state.

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), you may have rights to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date at the top.
